Introduction Service
Copier Connect Pty Ltd acts solely as an intermediary facilitating connections between You and Suppliers. We bear no obligations or liabilities and are not a party to any contracts that arise from these introductions. You acknowledge that:
- All dealings, including terms, conditions, and transactions related to quotes, goods, and Services, are directly between You and Suppliers, without Copier Connect Pty Ltd’s involvement, except as outlined in this agreement.
- Copier Connect Pty Ltd provides introductions and links to Suppliers, which are beyond our control; hence, we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, legality, or reliability of Suppliers or their offerings.
- You are responsible for conducting Your own due diligence and any agreements made with Suppliers.
- Copier Connect Pty Ltd does not guarantee cost savings or specific outcomes from using the Service.
- Quotes and terms from Suppliers are subject to change without notice and are not overseen by Copier Connect Pty Ltd.
- Due to the dynamic nature of introductions, Copier Connect Pty Ltd makes no guarantee as to the number of Suppliers who may contact You.
Introduction Fee
Suppliers compensate us with an introduction fee for referrals, which incurs no cost to You. This fee supports our free service to You.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully, not to misuse the Services in any way that could disrupt or harm the Services or other users, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Copier Connect Pty Ltd and third parties.

You acknowledge that Your engagement with Suppliers is at Your own risk, and Copier Connect Pty Ltd is not liable for any resulting damages, losses, or disputes.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Copier Connect Pty Ltd and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your use of the Services, Your connection to the Services, Your violation of these Terms, or Your violation of any rights of another.
Amendments
